How do I order repeat prescriptions?

Neither of the surgeries in Trowbridge, Lovemead/Roundstone and Trowbridge Health Centre, allow third party ordering. Please use the NHS app or the surgery’s online ordering system and allow FIVE WORKING DAYS for repeat prescriptions, taking weekends and Bank Holidays into account.

When will I be able to collect my prescription?

The surgery takes up to 48hours to send a prescription to the pharmacy.

We then have to order stock, produce labels, dispense the prescription, have it checked by a pharmacist and then put it to shelf ready for collection.

We aim to have your prescriptions ready for collection earlier than this, but it is very disruptive to our workflow to be dispensing repeat prescriptions under pressure.

Obviously, we will always prioritise urgent prescriptions. Please email us the details on pharmacy.fdq97@nhs.net if you have ordered anything urgent and we will look out for this and let you know when it’s ready to be collected.
